This notice explains how C. Dubio uses information submitted through this portfolio and client project area. Contact dubio.web@gmail.com with questions or requests about your information.
General enquiries include your name, business name, email, business type, website requirements, budget range and message. Signing in to the client area provides a site-specific account identifier and email from ChatGPT. Project records can include your brief, quote, agreement name and date, feedback, approval history, preview links, handover details and manually verified payment records.
Information is used to respond to your request, prepare a quote, carry out agreed services, record decisions and manage the project. Pre-contract requests and service delivery are handled for those purposes; security and abuse prevention support the legitimate interest in operating a safe service. Required financial records may be retained to meet legal obligations. Enquiry details are not used for unrelated marketing without an appropriate separate basis.
Submitted records are stored in the website’s hosted database. C. Dubio can review enquiries and projects; signed-in clients can access their own project records. Hosting and database infrastructure is provided through Sites and Cloudflare. ChatGPT sign-in is handled by OpenAI. When you choose to email, your message is handled by your email provider and the receiving Gmail service. External demo photographs load from Unsplash, which receives a browser request. These services process information under their applicable terms and privacy notices.
Standard package payments open Square’s external hosted checkout. Square processes card details under its privacy notice. This portfolio does not collect card numbers or banking login details. Payment records are verified manually; automatic payment confirmation is not connected.
Records are kept while needed for enquiries, project delivery, support, accounting and dispute handling. Contact C. Dubio to request the applicable retention period for your record, access, correction, deletion or restriction, or to raise an objection where available. Some records may need to remain for legal or accounting reasons. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Authenticated access protects project records. Daily request limits use a hashed network identifier for abuse prevention; old limit records are removed when new submissions are processed. The application does not add advertising or analytics trackers. Sign-in and hosting providers may use essential cookies. Do not submit passwords, card details, confidential customer lists or sensitive personal records through these forms.
Your personalised quote identifies the supplier’s full legal name and service address before any agreement or payment. Additional data-processing arrangements may be needed if a client website handles customer information on your behalf.
