These are the general service principles for C. Dubio website projects. Your personalised written quote contains the exact scope, price, supplier details and terms you review before accepting. This page is not an order or a payment request.
We agree the pages, features, integrations, content responsibilities, editing access, revision allowance and delivery estimate before work starts. Work outside that scope needs a separate approved quote. Portfolio concepts are fictional demonstrations, not past client commissions or operating businesses.
Displayed packages start from £399, £699 and £999. The quote confirms your final total and applicable tax treatment. Domain registration, hosting, paid subscriptions, asset licences and maintenance are separately quoted where required. Website build prices are not monthly subscriptions.
After agreeing the scope and terms, 50% is paid before work begins. It reserves project time and contributes to planning and design. It is part of the total price. The remaining 50% is due after approval, before launch and handover. Standard package payments can be paid through an external Square checkout when due: deposits after quote acceptance and final balances after website approval. Custom quote amounts may need separate arrangements. Payment status is confirmed manually.
Your quote states the included revision rounds and expected feedback timing. Delayed content, approvals or new requirements can change dates. Launch needs explicit approval; silence is not approval. The project area stores quote versions and acceptance history. Agreement to a quote is separate from approval of the finished website.
The project quote specifies cancellation and refund arrangements before you pay. Any retained advance or further charge must reflect the agreed terms, work performed, approved unavoidable costs and applicable law. A deposit is not automatically treated as non-refundable.
Your agreement identifies bespoke rights transferred after full payment, retained reusable components and third-party licences. You do not acquire exclusive ownership of stock images or open-source software. Where a signed rights assignment is needed, it is completed separately. Domains and hosting should be registered in your own accounts. Source files, access and instructions are supplied as agreed. Self-service editing requires an editing system included in your quote.
Included defect correction, support dates and response arrangements are confirmed in your quote. Maintenance is optional unless specifically included. You are responsible for continuing required renewals unless we explicitly agree otherwise. Ending maintenance does not remove your agreed rights to the site.
Email dubio.web@gmail.com before accepting if anything is unclear. Your personal quote must contain full legal supplier details and completed terms; these general principles do not replace it or override rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Standard package payments use an external Square checkout. Square handles payment details under its own privacy notice. The project reference you enter helps C. Dubio match and manually verify your payment. This portfolio does not receive card details or automatically confirm payments.
